My Own Superhero's Birthday

Today is such a special day for our family, as my Hubby Darren celebrates his 44th Birthday.  When designing his birthday card, I thought it would be very apt to use the Everyday Hero Stamp Set, as of course he is MY Everyday Hero ❤!!

This stamp set is available to order from the current Spring/Summer catalogue.

I used the new Watercolour Pencils to colour in the Superhero, and also the  word WOW to match.  I'm not the best at colouring as I always manage to go outside the lines, but these new pencils were so easy to use and blended so well when using the Stampin' Up! Blender Pen.

I absolutely love the little row of buildings at the bottom of the card, so had to stamp them on the inside as well:-

This was a really fun card to make, so I'm hoping he will like it!

Here's the list of supplies that I used:-

Pinkies Blog Hop - Annual Catalogue

Thank you for joining us on another Pinkies Blog Hop! We're showcasing lots of gorgeous projects using products from the new Stampin' Up!® Annual Catalogue. Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping!

If you have arrived from Alex's blog at Hedgehog Hollow, then welcome!  For my project I have used one of my absolute favourite product suites from the new catalogue - Floral Boutique Suite.  I combined this with sentiments from the Blooms & Wishes stamp set as I made it with a birthday in mind.

I also used the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to give my project a little sparkle and then finished it off with some Rhinestones.

The Detailed Floral Thinlits Dies were so easy to use and took no time at all to create this stunning card.  It really was a quick card to make, but gave stunning results.

I hope you enjoyed my little project and thank you for stopping by!  Its now time to carry on hopping to the lovely Michelle's blog to see what she has to share.

Until next time.....

A Very Happy 13th Birthday

Darren's God Daughter Evie turns 13 today, I cant quite believe that 13 years have gone by so fast - it's also the year that Darren and I met (again), so her birthday always reminds me of how long we've been together.

Anyway, I had a bit of a tight timeline on this card, as Darren's work colleague Steve was taking it back to the UK for us, so this is what I came up with:-

Its a fairly simple layout that uses the lovely new Birthday Bouquet designer series 12x12 paper and my absolutely favourite, Number of Years stamp set and Large Numbers Framlits Dies.

Stampin Up have also put together some Cardstock Packs that coordinate brilliantly with the DSP.  The pack I used was the Birthday Bouquet Pack which includes Blushing Bride, Pool Party and Whisper White.

All of the items used can be found in the New Spring/Summer Catalogue.  The catalogue can be viewed HERE if you want to take a peak?

New Year, New Products! Spring/Summer Catalogue and Sale A Bration 2016

Morning and a Happy New Year to you all!  I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year, and got everything you wished for!

I'm delighted to showcase the new Spring Summer Catalogue (click on the picture to take you to the PDF version), which went live today in my shop.  It is packed full of lovely new Spring/Summer products and covers occasions like Valentines, Easter, Mothers Day and also something for the men on Fathers Day.

As if that wasn't enough though, Sale-A-Bration (click on the picture to take you to the PDF version) has also started!!  This is the most amazing offer that Stampin' Up! offers throughout the year.

Sale a Bration (SAB) runs from 5th January 2016 to 31st March 2016

So, what is SAB?  Well, I can tell you.....

If you look through the little Sale-A-Bration book you will see a yellow “FREE” arrow throughout.  These are the products you can get for FREE with a qualifying order.  All you have to do is place an order of £45/€60 or more and you can choose from any of the 11 products in the book.

If you look at the back you will see that some of the items have a limited availability and are only available until 15th February 2016 – so if you want them, you will need to be quick as they are strictly whilst stocks last.

But don't forget, its EVERY £45/€60 you spend gets you free stuff.  So if you order £90/€120 of products you can choose 2 items, £135/€180 gets you 3 items and so on!

You can order from any of the current catalogues (including the Clearance Rack items too) and still qualify for the free SAB items.

As you may know, if you host a party with sales in excess of £150/€200 (or just place a large order for yourself) you will earn Stampin Rewards which gives you a % back to spend on more goodies.

As a little added bonus during SAB, if you place an order or have a party with more than £200/€275 sales, you can get an extra £20/€27 worth of rewards to spend in addition to the normal rewards:-

So during Sale A Bration, if you place a single order of £200/€275 you will get an extra £20/€27 to spend on anything you like.  This is on top of the 10% Stampin' Rewards that you would normally get, so £40+ for free!  This order would of course also qualify for 4 FREE SAB items!!

Have you ever considered being a Demonstrator for Stampin' Up?  Well this is without a doubt the best time of year to join!  During Sale A Bration you can become a demonstrator for just £99/€129 and chose £30/€45 additional products for your starter kit.  That's a total of £160/€220 worth of goodies for just £99/€129.  As if that wasn't enough, the kit ships for FREE as well!

Being a Demonstrator means that any orders you place, will benefit from an instant 20% discount. So if your wish list is getting towards the £90 mark I would strongly recommend you take advantage of this offer.

You are not pushed sell to other people as I do, you could just be your own best customer and still get same benefits, discounts and perks.  A Demonstrator is also able to access products and sneak peaks at least a month before anyone else, and is invited to attend Stampin' Up! events across the world.

If you are looking for a business opportunity, Stampin' Up! and I can help you to sell products to others, start a blog, make videos and give you guidance on how to hold classes and parties.  If you would like further information on this, then please do not hesitate to get in touch!

So there you have it!  My quick roundup of the latest offers from Stampin' Up!  I love this time of year, and cant wait to share some new projects and ideas with you.

To give you an idea of whats coming up, here are some product showcases from the new SS Occasions Catalogue:-

The Best Joining Offer Ever........

I am so so so excited to tell you about the latest joining offer that I have available at the moment. This definitely is a good one, and I know a few of you have been waiting for the next amazing offer!

So the first fantastic bit is that you get 25% off your starter kit.  Normally you would get to pick £130 worth of goodies for a great price of £99, but for this week only its £74.25.  It is extremely rare that Stampin’ Up! ever discount the actual price of the kit, so this truly is an amazing offer.

The second part of this offer is that for the month of December you then get a 5% cash back on all of your sales.  You will still get your normal 30% discount off your first order and then the 5% as well. The 5% cash back will be paid to you in January 2015.

So, what are you waiting for!  This special offer finishes on Tuesday 2nd December 2014.  If you become a demonstrator during this special time, you will also be given special access to the new Seasonal Catalogue
