Pinkies Annual Catalogue Blog Hop October 2012

We're so glad you could join us on our Blog Hop.  We'll be showcasing lots of gorgeous projects using products from the Stampin' Up!® Annual Catalogue.  Simply use the buttons at the end of each post to keep hopping.

We love comments, so please do tell us what you think!

You should have come over to my Blog from the lovely Gill Prescott.  Didn't she do a fantastic job?

For my projects, I thought I would try something new (well two new things actually), as this is not only the first time that I've used the French Foliage Stamp Set, but also the first time I've attempted the Triple Time Stamping technique.  Ive seen some wonderful examples of this idea on the web, and have always loved the way it turns out!

Supplies Used:
French Foliage Stamp Set (Wood - 120845 Clear - 121166)
En Francais Stamp Set (Wood - 109521)
Very Vanilla and Early Espresso Cardstock
Early Espresso, Cajun Craze and More Mustard Ink Pads
Pearl Basic Jewels (119247)

As I love anything Autumnal, I also added one of my paper pumpkins.  I spotted these a while back over on Pinterest, and was really impressed with how easy they were to make!  Don't they look lovely alongside my card?

Supplies Used:
Cajun Craze Cardstock (11 strips in total)
Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder (117335)
French Foliage Stamp Set (Wood - 120845 Clear - 121166)
More Mustard Ink (Leaf)
Old Olive Cardstock for the Swirl
Antique Brads (117273)

For my next project, again I decided to do something a little different.  This time I used the new Two by Two Stamp Set, which just calls out to be coloured with the Stampin' Write Markers.

Now I am definitely not the best colourer in the world, but I am really pleased with the way it turned out - even if I didn't stick in the lines all of the time ;o)  If you use one of the Blender Pens along with the Markers, you can get such fantastic results with very little effort.

Supplies Used:
Two by Two Stamp Set (Wood 126788)
Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder (117335)
Labels Collection Framelits (125599)
Whisper White Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (126877)
Whisper White Cardstock
Various Stampin' Write Markers
Well I hope you've enjoyed my projects?  Next stop in the hop is the lovely Sarah Poulton who has made a stunning Mini Album using some of the new Designer Series Papers.

Until next time........
